I'm guessing it's the cannabis part. If you believed YouTube would ignore Federal law on what is or is not illegal drug use, you were wrong. You cannot use YouTube to distribute that content, host it yourself.

 

There is no point arguing your views on drug use in a public user help forum, in case you were so inclined.

 

I would imagine there would be a way to make absolutely 100% certain the videos looked purely educational, but apparently at least one of them did not pass the ... uh-hem ... smell test.
