I see that people from Norway are not able to get partnership, nor do people under 18.
We are 4 people going to start making YouTube videos, and we will most likely get enough subscribers and views to become partners with YouTube. Only one of us is over 18, and he lives in Norway. However, I am 16 and I'm most likely moving to eitehr Switzerland or California next year. Would it be possible, to change the country of the channel to Switzerland or USA so we can get partnership? On "TerrafrostGaming"?
I will not be over 18, so I can't have the partnership registered on me, but on my brother, which most likely will still live in Norway. How strict are the rules here about partnership? Will the peson 0ver 18 that got the partnership have to live in a country that can get partnership, or is it enough that a family-member or a part-owner of the channel lives in a country that can have partnership?
