Can we get more 1 more option for Video Responses?

I'd like all videos to default to a new selection.

That selection  is:

[Auto-Approve Video Responses that have been uploaded AFTER this video; AND have never been used as a Video Response to any other video. All other video responses require approval. Also notify me when any video response is posted]

This way we can encourage people to make video replies to a video but not have to auto approve each one by using the simple filter that TRUE responses to a video are always uploaded at a time after the first video is made, and is a video that has never been used as a video response on other videos.

There are lots of people who just spam their videos around YT without caring what they are using the video as a response to.
