We either need to have
"Allow this video to be rated by others." and
"Make this video available on mobile phones and TV."
Set to ENABLED by default, as they are, in effect now. OR a method of switching this on for ALL UPLOADED VIDEOS.
By all means have a user setting that says whether these are ENABLE or DISABLED by default but dont take away functionality we already have (by default).
Has this not been mentioned in beta testing or are we the beta testers!
