Even if you say "no copyright infringement intended", that doesn't mean there isn't an infringement of copyright. It'd be like leaving a note saying "I didn't mean to steal your wallet" after nicking somebody's wallet :p
In short, you can't do anything - if a copyright claim has been put against your video all you can do is counter-claim, but given that it's a game trailer you won't really have a leg to stand on. Sorry! |
