Why am I still receiving a personal digest?!

Last week I changed my email settings on my account where it says:

YouTube can send you a digest email with the latest videos from your subscriptions
Send me updates:                                   

However I am STILL receiving a weekly digest! How do I make this stop!? Frustrating!!
