An executive email carpet bomb (EECB) is when you pick a bunch of email addresses of higher-ups at a company and you send them a complaint letter (it's important to stay civilized, so no name calling.)

For exemple, I know that there's la...@google.com and larry...@google.com. If it goes by anything the consumerit say, then you can pick any name from there http://www.google.com/about/company/facts/management/ and add them to your recipients in your email, so that when you send the email, it goes to all the high-ranked folks in the company, all at once.
