I have find a solution, or at least until tomorrow or monday this seems to be cleared. I know that youtube is over-protecting his ass (I will do the same) but in the description put as many „related” links: terms of use of the game and of the song. And try to provide terms that are very clear(in case of a song).
So for a song terms need to be very clear, I will use machinimasong.com.
It is a part of the solution. I'm not sure that youtube is not considering that any content that is legal is not avaiable for providing comercials because from that they are gaining money.
