I realize that no site is or ever will be "perfect".  There will always be things that crop up from time to time.  But Google/YouTube have created more problems than would ever crop up on their own.  Seems they are constantly breaking something on this site.   And then they apparently refuse to fix...I mean really FIX... things when they do break.   It is abundantly clear that the employees at Google/YouTube never actually use YouTube.  If they did, they would see what a mess they have made of things.

Another BIG thing is the way Google/YouTube consistantly ignore their users.  They could give a toss less about us.  I guess they know that they will not be losing any users, and they are big enough that they don't have to care.

 

There comes a time when you just have to say, "enough is enough!".  It's getting very close to that for me these days.  This god-awful homepage redesign might just be 'enough'.  I am finding it increasingly difficult to support a site that treats people the way Google/YouTube treats its users.

 

Looking VERY seriously at ZippCast and Vimeo.  ZippCast is looking quite promisong at the moment.

Sorry YouTube.  I have loved you for a long time, but YOU have set fire to your own bridge.  I can't put it out.:(
