I tried to comment on a video and there's a box below this Youtube video link:

That says, enter response here, and so I typed away, and then I tried to look for a submit button but couldn't find one, so I hovered around and where it says "enter response here" was the mouse icon that turned into a hand and I tried to submit that way, but nothing happened.  I didn't get any success message or anything.  Can you help me figure out how to comment from that youtube video?

I don't see a post button either.  I checked my account and everything says that I'm in good standing.  I tried clicking on other youtube videos and find the same problem.

I haven't logged in for a long time, so that's why I don't know how to do this basic thing.  Can someone help?
