@ markimatangYes... understood. Believe me, I've already had several run ins with GoDigital over legitimately licensed content to which they have no control over. The first time I contacted them through their contact form...within a day they had the claim released. The next time...I got absolutely no response from them even after several days. Finally had to dispute it through YouTube's system. Within a day or so the claim was released. Perhaps I should have recommended doing it both ways... At least in disputing through YouTube there is some record somewhere with a 3rd party that the dispute was made...and hopefully a successful dispute through the system would count against them. They can just as easily ignore an complaint entered through their system. I should have perhaps mentioned that the OP and I had an earlier conversation on a different thread in which I pointed him to the thread you mentioned... also knew he was already in the process of sending them a complaint. I think were all in the same boat though. GoDigital has deceptive and unethical practices and does nothing to correct it. |
