How depressing. Can ANYTHING be done? It's so soul destroying seeing these hundreds of hopeful people posting the same issues over & over, yet clearly Google couldn't give a toss about the crap quality of their products & service. It seems like the internet needs some kind of 'oversight' body - like an Ombudsman - to whom official complaints can be made about rubbish companies like Google; especially when they have effectively given none of us any choice; we're stuck with them because they suddenly decided to take over & link up all these applications, but we were never asked for our views about what they were doing.
