Has MicroSoft released IE10 yet? It's supposed to natively support Flash, perhaps it would handle whatever the issue is better.

Yes - but pertaining to Windows 8 is a bit difficult to explain. - Basically he is a Mobile Platform

Currently I think Windows 8 is releast only for Mobile.
In the meantime - as I understand it - IE-10 has 2 available versions
a)  Metro
b)  PC   ( but consider PC a dirty word here ) Because PC version not available to PC - but currently onl to Mobile.

So Metro IE-10 does not support Flash but PC-IE10 does support Flash, and then Flash needs to be installed - provided the device  can insatll and support Flash.

So  - more than likely - the Movie inquestion is only available in Flash and not HTML5,  so the user of the device need to have:
1) Flash compatable device
2) IE-10 PC version installed --- NOT IE-10 Metro version
3) Flash plugin both installed and enabled to Device->IE-10->Plugins.
