Did you get this resolved? I am in a similar situation. I am the copyright owner of music on my monetised YouTube channel and they took off the 'monetise' buttons because they did not have evidence of my copyright ownership. I then submitted the response form with all my music publishing details for the music. And I submitted a Content ID form.

It's been a week so far for me
Does anyone know how long YouTube take to process these things?
