I want to create adult humor videos and I don't want people under 18 to view them. Every now and then, I see videos that have been flagged for being inappropriate and then I see some videos that have been age restricted by the content uploader. In other words, the person who uploaded the video set it up so people under 18 couldn't view it. Please don't tell me this is impossible because I actually saw the warning pages that said "The video was age restricted by the video uploader." So help is appreciated. Thanks.
