no,i am having the exact trouble and i have tried everything,it is asking me for a user and a PIN ? have rang and emailed sony,watched every youtube video,how can something so simple be so hard? i followed your link on some other posts and it took me to Apple? So i have a brand new Bravia Tv,a blu-ray player and PS3,and they all ask the same,then FAILED comes up,it is doing my head in can someone help please,most appreciated,and if someone has an answer please send a copy to clinton3...@bigpond.com
