Playback jumpst to indicated past position (sometimes), buffer is droppped, rebuffering begins. Anytime I want to re-watch a video/specific part, I have to wait for the video to re-buffer (and for some reason buffering is sluggish and sometimes will not happen at all - this didn't used to be an issue before YouTube and Google products were changed to their current look).
