Two days ago I applied for monetization and I got an email that same day saying "Congratulations" and that I could start monetizing my videos, but the monetize button hasn't shown up yet in the "My Videos" tab on YouTube, and in the "Monetization" tab it still says to wait for the email.  What's wrong?
