Well, here it is, almost 4 months later, and from what I can tell, Google has yet to resolve the issue.  How they are able to run a successful business with this type (or lack thereof) of support is beyond me.  Bottom line, they offer no real support and I'd guess it will ultimately be their downfall.  Get your shit together, Google.
