I am also having the same issue;

"You're almost done! Once your AdSense account is linked (this may take up to 48 hours), you will receive an email at ***_*********@yahoo.com. You can then start monetising your videos from the My Videos page."

Its been 5 days now and ive read this thread, clicked the link posted by YTmike, but it still remains that I still havent received said email at the specified email inbox. I have checked spam.
