I could be wrong but I think if your video isn't a certain length or certain content which advertisers are paying for at the time, there won't be any adverts. It might be that. Advertisers are so particular that if there are none wanting your criteria there will be no adverts. Not a dig at your content, just not what advertisers want at that moment in time
