I just noticed that. There is absolutely NO WAY to report private messages, and never has been as far as I know, despite this form of stalking being one of the most serious. Especially to the more vulnerable or internet-naive. So when they say "It's not okay", they mean literally that and no more. Also, how can private messages be untargeted?
