If your YouTube channel was closed by your action it cannot be reopened.  If it was "against [your] will" then you are saying that it and its Google account were hacked.  You would need to use "can't access your account?" at www.google.com and click through until you are offered the chance to select the option to let Google know you believe someone else has access to your Google account.  They will investigate and if this turns out to be correct they can reinstate your Google account access.  Once that is done you can report the YouTube channel as closed by the hacker (the one Google have already identified when they did your Google account) and then the team can address that:  1:1 Support.  You cannot use the 1:1 Support form BEFORE the first stage.  They need to have actually found evidence of a hacker before they will consider reinstating your channel.
