We've all seen the message "this video is not avalable in your country", but I just saw something different. I clicked someone's channel icon and it gave me the message "this channel is not avalable in your country".

Say what? Can someone block certain countries from viewing their channel now? Or is it due to something else? Normally if someone sets their channel to private it says "this channel is not avalable".

 I will add the channel icon was the nazi flag if that had something to do with it.
