The method you have been using is the ONLY method that CAN work. If you don't have enough information, then you don't have enough information. It does not matter what was changed, YouTube doesn't need you to tell them what was changed, they need you to provide enough of the ORIGINAL information that they can turn the account over to you. If you can't provide that information, you will not be given access to the account.
