Consider the fact that thousands of people are doing Let's Plays and new people start doing it all the time and the stack of people posting videos just keeps increasing. So you are basically a needle in a haystack.  You basically have to hype the hell out of yourself and post your name every where because a TON of people are doing the exact same thing.   How many people have said the same thing "im dedicated, fun and upload regularly".  You have to just make sure every video you post is the BEST possible execution of it you could of made. Because the Let's Play "market" is over-saturated. Make sure to comment everyone who comments you, post your name around and start building up an audience. It's like music, there's 5000000 bands/artists and 10000000000000 songs out in the world, from the beginning of recorded music to present time. But people still manage to find, like & love artists and bands. So just keep building an audience and don't post crappy quality videos.
