Dear you tube, I applied for the partner programme expecting that someone from youtube partner team was going to actually watch my videos and decide weather I should get branding etc Thats why I thought it took so long to get a response. I can clearly see that no one from the youtube partner team has watched. I have a decent amount of views and subs and already have account monetization, so why send me a email saying I'm a partner when I haven't got those branding features??
