But opening clip to the music Happy has documentation behind a log-in, but I provide that information.  That one [Happy], from animoto.com, gives me copyrights to my material.

The other music that I happened to use in this 3rd video (which is not behind a log in) has a license that may be used on an internet video with a streamed format, such as on youtube.  It doesn't it CAN'T be used commercially.  The only restrictions (http://www.royalty-free.tv/rftv/royalty_free_music_license.htm) it gives are as follows:

"What you must not do...

"use the music without synchronisation to other media
"re-sell or re-license the music on it's own
    "claim ownership of the music
"add lyrics or music to our music to create a derived musical work"

Since I have not violated any of the licensing agreement, shouldn't I be able to use this in a monetized video?  Or am I wrong?
