Is there a place where I can find basic Player instructions?  When I play these stereo videos, even in small format, I'm only getting a frame rate of 1 fps.  Yes, that's right.  One measly fps.  And rather jittery sound.  Is it because I'm using the parallel view mode?  Is it because I'm using a non-Intel PowerMac G5?  or Facebook?  or OSX 10.5?  Is there a list of system requirements somewhere?  Where is the page that tells me what to do to optimize my experience????
