I am a YouTube Partner and have been one for a year.
I do more production for others than I do for myself.
That is soon changing!
I want to inquire about having the Live Streaming enabled on my Partner channel so I may start learning how to encorporate it into my existing projects and also start doing a live streaming show over YouTube along with Google Hangouts.

I have a news type of studio set in my home and would like to put it to use doing live "News, Comedy, Current Events" shows with guests.

I believe that I will need the support of a YouTube Employee for this.
