@ytDavid, what I did different with the new upload today which was successful (and similar to the first uploads on the new system) is that I did not add the tag "yt:crop=4:3" which is necessary for the videos in question to display properly.
It seems silly that it could be that, which caused the problem, but who knows. I just ended up tagging it after video was up and running. Cheers
