Hi nthere I have noticed the same problem-I lost thousands of subbers - they told me firstly that it was to do with some channels not being used and they had closed them- then when I complained again they said it was a technical issue and would be sorted. I complained again- no reply and have sent another complaint as still happening- I lost 50 subbers in a couple of days! and yet I am receiving e-mails to say I am still being subscribed to! Seems to be a continual problem- at least I know it is not only me- but not sure what to do?? Thanks.
