Can't play some of the videos from a playlist on a Samsung Smart TV

On my PC, I can watch all of the videos from my playlist, however, on my Samsung Smart TV, when I log in my account and try to play one of my playlists, many of the videos don't play. I get a message: "video is not available" and the player switches to the next one. It is really frustrating - this is the same account, same playlist, same videos, etc. All of them play on my PC, most of them don't play on my TV. Samsung support told me to contact youtube, because this is a youtube app and youtube should provide support for it. My question is why am I not able to watch ALL videos from my playlists on my TV?
