The "Youtube experts" you keep refering to IS "The Lady from Uncle", "PeggyK" and many others, you'll recognize them from the little cloud (or whatever that is) next to their name.

Like I said in my very first reply though, no one on the forums WORK for Youtube and therefore no one here can do anything to your account. Youtube just redirect people here routinely to avoid having to deal with common support issues themselves.
