Most likely it is a mistaken ID done by a brainless automated system. Unfortunately it happens fairly often and if your song sounds vaguely like another one a false ID can be made. The trouble is that every time that happens, you will need to file a dispute. To further complicate the situation, some of these guys will just reconfirm their ID without actually checking it out, if that should happen, you will need to actually contact the company to get the ID dropped.
