For a while I had a great idea for a Youtube channel that promotes non-profits. I thought about a new format/show that hasn't been used before. For it to work quality is essential.

I recently heard about the premium Youtube channels and was wondering if it's possible to get help with my project. Is there a way that Google can sponsor this project if my ideas and execution have a future? I am not from the US or Canada so I can't benefit from Youtube non-profit program...I am searching for another alternative that can help me speed things up a bit. I would appreciate any help with this project and I'm glad to offer more details for someone who can make that happen.
