I posted a topic, earlier about clicking on my green dollar sign in order to be able to edit my ads, and receiving an error message...this is the link to the message:

...and I don't believe my question was understood. I wasn't intending to stop the ads from playing or start them playing(by following the suggestion, first given by one of the users on here, which was to click on settings, then monetization, then allow ads to display.) I've already done that, and my ads were already set to be allowed to display.
What I really wanted to do, was, I wanted to switch from the posted ads to the pre roll ads. Then I wanted to switch to both the posted ads and the pre roll ads. And the only way I could do either of those things was to click on the green dollar sign. So I did, and I got that error message.(Please click on the link above, to see the error message, then please return to read the completion of my question)
Should I allow someone on here to have access to my email, so they could follow the proceedures that I followed(listed in the paragraphs, above), so they can run into the error message, that I ran into, or is there another solution? Also, is there a way to make it much harder for abusers and sabotagers to get into my email, if they are doing so, besides the Google process that simply asks 'Can't access your account?'?  Because, as of  now, it seems, all anybody has to do is guess my username. They don't have to know my password, because they can reset by coming up with a new password. My wish is that the only way anybody besides me could access my account, would be to guess the answers to my security questions. That seems to be the only fool proof way, because I can remember the answers to my own security questions much easier than I can remember my own user name, or password, plus, there is no way anybody else can guess the answers to my security questions.
Finally, and most importantly, because of all the above problems, I have no solution for the fact that my ads have stopped displaying for no reason, in my 'Depression Song (Shorter version)' video. Then, 24 hours later, I look at the video, and the ads are back. This is not a prank post. These things are actually happening to me. I feel I'm being attacked, and I don't know what the enemy is.
