Hey, Matt! I listened to a few of your songs and I'm impressed. I really liked "In the Event of an Actual Emergency" and thought that you should compose a couple of TV news themes. I know that I needed some music that sounded like a TV news intro but couldn't find anything free that sounded halfway decent. I think that parts of "In the Event of an Actual Emergency" would work at a TV news intro, but then your distorted voice comes in. I like the distorted voice effect, but that ruins it for news intro music.
Anway, your channel works for me.
That said, I *hate* YouTube's re-design. I much rather it went back to the way it was. Now, if the new design worked as fast as the older design, then it would be better. However, everything is s-o-o-o s-l-o-w. And the gray-on-gray color scheme is hard to read.
So what is the deal with using your royalty free music? Do you require that you get a credit in the video in which it is used? Some of your music is based on themes from other composers, such as your take on "Jingle Bell Rock"... might that be too close to the original and cause copyright issues? (I listened to another of yours that was based on something by They Might Be Giants, but I'm not familiar with that original.)
Anyway, very creative... well done!
