tbf don't you think your taking this a little bit too seriously, this guy was obviously trying to make a joke or "trolling". personally i found the pm kinda amusing (maybe he went too far).

i'll try and fill the gaps, the football (soccer) player douchendicklick was on about emile heskey (i think). This joke is told a thousand times, because a big youtuber called ksiolajidebt, made a joke about it(and yes i am a proud member of the ksi army.

if you do get this user banned from using youtube, what about his family (eg siblings), why should they suffer because of a foolish mistake by one of their family members.

also i don't think you can get arrested from trolling.

and you got to give it to him, he does have a massive tally whacker.
