My channel is www.youtube.com/mauriziodami . I'm a known music producer under the artist name of Alexander Robotnick. I also manage a music label www.hot-elephant.com that release most of the audio content I use for my videos. So I am 100% owner of the audio-visual content broadcast by my channel.
Up to last week my content was administrated by a company called DeepMiningCorpAssoc then I told them to stop monetizing my content in my place because I was not happy with their service. As a result monetization button has been disabled on my channel. My partnership request has been rejected by Youtube saying there's not enough original content in my channel (!!). And still most of my videos result claimed by that company and display ADS at the start. What happens? Is it kind of mafia?? By the way my channel got more than 600.000 views and it's supposed to get 1.000.000 within the end of this year. I feel to be damaged by this situation. I'm delaying important releases by my label because of it.
Which is the address where I can send a legal issue?
Anyone can help me?
