I'm in the same boat.  I guess Youtube expects us to make our videos several weeks in advance and then just hope they eventually get approved.

I hope this is just a temporary system while they work things out, because it's completely unreasonable in the long-term.  The most frustrating part is having no real way to communicate with Youtube about it.
