My monetization tab has been disabled with the publisher ID (ca-yt-pub-4895533112976992). It's been disabled because I didn't have a properly linked adsense account, but I actually have my parents' adsense account to link (with their full and explicit consent) currently as I am a minor. How can I link this account to my youtube monetization?
