I have posted this twice before and have not yet received an answer.

I have the settings on my uploaded videos that comments are subject to my approval. When someone comments on them,  I receive e-mail indicating that they have commented, and requesting me to access my comments page to accept the comment. When I go to my comment page it is not there. this has been an ongoing problem for almost 2 years.  There have been many many comments requiring my approval,  but I cant approve them because they are not there when I go to the comments page. There is nothing to click on to view them. There is nothing at all but a half dozen comments that I approved 2 years ago....

How do I view the new comments so that I can approve them, or not.....
