It's forbidden in Germany and maybe a few other countries where citizens don't have the right to free speech – it's not forbidden in most countries (or the US).
 
HungarianWarrior22's videos have had content warning labels placed on them by YouTube in response to being flagged and are probably not viewable in Germany or countries with similar laws against Nazi imagery.
