This exact thing happens to me as well. I have been fighting with this thing since it came out. It frustrates me to no end. Why the hell doesnt this app work and why did xbox add it if I cant even use it half the time. I have deleted it from my console and tried redownloading 3 times now and still only opens 50% of the time or less. What is up with this. Microsoft needs to fix this problem ASAP!
