Apearently Youtube has a weird defination for account status. A content ID claim most certainly affects your account um, what's another word, um, functionality. That is it affects what you can do with your account. That is you now cannot do some things with your account that you could do before your account stratus was unchanged. Considering that the audio in question is from Star Wars you are damn lucky that you haven't been given a copyright strike, YET. And yes it makes no sense to me either.
