I'm currently having the same problem, all my videos got deleted by a hacker that got into all my social network accounts. I've been trying to find a means to talk to a representative, but I just get run around to retrieve my password, which I've already done.

Can you point out an address or something besides the useless password recovery tool? I mean this is Google after all.
