Apparently someone not so nice moved it from Google maps, where it certainly didn't belong, to here. There definitely is no rule against helping people, so there is probably some real reason that posts have been blocked. In general if you are polite and not demanding you will get polite replies, and if you continue to "beat a dead horse" the thread may eventually be shut down. I certainly don't intend this is a nasty reply and hope that I'm not actually answering a well known troll.
