Oh great. It seems the first account with youtube I had, has vanished into thin air.
I'm gutted!!
I'd collected loads of stuff over the years. A lot of videos vitally important to me, as I practice martial arts and needed them for my studies. I then made a new account, for personal uploads and at first it was possible to access both. I needed them to be kept separate. Then I was forced to link the first one to gmail uhohhhh.....now it signs into my 2nd account even if I use my first username.
If I'd had some warning that I would lose  my original account. I would've BOOKMARKED  all the important videos.
I need to access both accounts, even if it's just for the one time, so I can remember what I had.
I've looked around on the forums for help and just found a whole load of unhappy people in the same situation.
And I thought that google had the best minds in technology, yet still manage to make a right hash of the youtube takeover.
I wonder how many people have suffered the same fate here?
