I logged onto my gmail, by accident, on Youtube... but it wasn't linked with an account, so I thought, why not... I'll add it to my YouTube... PacificFrost. It went on to tell me,"The Google Account you are currently signed into (Aemail@example.com) cannot be linked because that YouTube account is already linked."
**I'm paraphrasing because I can't remember exactly what it said, since I can't load this same message again, see below.
So I went onto my pacificfrost right away, clicked change email (in email settings) and then went to change it to my gmail. But the only way it would let me do that is by deleting my hotmail account out of the "google accounts", therefore with it Youtube linking. But as I did that, I went back to Youtube, and found, in that time, either;
a) when I deleted my hotmail account off of your google accounts page, I deleted my youtube also, therefore someone took my pacificfrost handle.
b) In the time it took me to open two pages to get back to logging into pacificfrost, someone had hacked the account and changed the password. The e-mail address (when I try to password reset is "Wafirstname.lastname@example.org or other").... Which means that someone now has my account....
I just want my account back, you should also make it easier for me to just remove the links from the account without needing to back in and out of accounts endlessly.
I have got onto support with the same queries about the issue, and hopefully they can fix it... if not... google... you're an unorganized mess and thanks for wasting 2 hours of my day. :)
